國民黨抗告案　周四下午公開審理

【丁牧群／台北報導】高等法院審理國民黨抗告案的審判長魏麗娟，不滿外界質疑她「偏藍」，昨向高院院長陳宗鎮自請迴避此案，但陳宗鎮認為「沒有必要迴避」，已否決魏麗娟自請迴避。
 
魏麗娟今受訪說：「不希望外界為了我個人造成紛擾。」但她表示「尊重院長的意見」，將繼續擔任國民黨抗告案審判長。抗告案已訂於本周四下午二時，在高等法院民事庭公開審理
