立院僵局　綠要求道歉藍呼籲步入正軌

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】立法院今舉行院會，朝野一早針對是否讓行政院長江宜樺上台施政報告並備質詢再度進行協商。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池重申，行政院長到立院報告是憲法所明定，總質詢結束才能處理民生法案，希望今天能夠順利讓江院長上台，不然議案後延，對國計民生沒有好處。

林鴻池說，江院長已經對外說明清楚，無意冒犯立院、王院長，只是針對事實狀況描述，並沒有錯，也不知道如何道歉，林強調，這件事已經吵嚷一周，希望盡速步入正軌。

民進黨團總召柯建銘則強調：「沒有道歉，沒有上台。」不是廉價道歉，而是捍衛憲政體制，媒體詢問紀律委員會最快10月開會，柯建銘說，「放空自己坦然面對，趕快來審吧！」
