【陳冠宇／新北報導】新北市1名蔡姓男子，今天清晨4時許，駕駛1輛計程車載著1名乘客行經新樹路地下道前，疑似下雨導致視線不良，不慎撞到中央分隔護欄，一旁民眾見狀趕緊報警；警消趕抵發現蔡男身上多處擦傷與挫傷，但李姓乘客意識清楚無大礙，不過警消仍將2人一起送醫治療觀察。
