【突發中心╱台北報導】想存第一桶金真的很難！《蘋果》記者日前到被票選為「新世代最嚮往企業」的王品集團，及人力網調查白領轉藍領最想從事的麵包師、水電工三種行業工作，體認進王品除了得從工讀生做起，爭取少數正職名額外，水電工也須熬至少3年才有較優的薪資；專家說這類工作「學徒薪資雖低，但熬過後便可增加優勢。」

據行政院主計總處統計，去年國民所得每人平均月薪為43768元，年齡22至24歲者，月薪未達25000元者近5成5，超過4萬元者更不到4％。記者A月前遞履歷應徵王品集團旗下餐廳正職員工，但面談時主管卻強調，須先從全日計時人員做起，時薪110元，展現工作能力，才能升正職。
