【汪智博／台東報導】強颱天兔發威，造成台9線南迴公路422及430公里等路段分別有山水沖刷土石掩沒路面，大武朝庸橋一度因山洪爆發逼進橋面，鄉公所緊急派遣怪手疏濬，所幸亦無其他災情傳出。

此外，公路總局表示，台9線407公里台東香蘭至471公里屏東新路段，因沿途多處土石流及坍方封路搶修，雖已搶通，但再行預警性封閉，預計22日8時開放通行。
