男子疑酒駕撞2童1死1傷

南投縣一名柯姓男子昨天下午疑似酒醉駕車，撞上兩名正在過馬路的男童，造成一死一傷，柯姓男子訊後遭移送法辦。

警方表示，十歲的馬姓男童以及十二歲的卓姓男童昨天下午帶著籃球準備要去學校打球時，突然有一輛紅色小轎車朝兩人追撞，兩名男童當場被撞飛；肇事的紅色小轎車則是撞到路旁托兒所的牆壁才停下來，車頭部分毀損。

路人及一旁的商家見狀，趕緊將卓姓及馬姓男童送往埔里榮民醫院急救，另將肇事的柯姓男子拉下車報警送辦；不過馬姓男童因頭顱破裂，到院前已無生命跡象，醫院急救後仍宣告不治；至於卓姓男童左小腿有骨折情形，無生命危險。

警方查出，肇事駕駛為二十九歲的柯姓男子，酒測值高達○‧八二，柯姓男子訊後被依公共危險及過失致死等罪嫌移送法辦。
