美國Fed意外暫緩量化寬鬆（QE）退場，全球金融市場同聲慶賀，台股將掀補漲行情。專家認為，QE沒退場，外資青睞的中大型權值股、金融、資產股明顯受惠，這三大族群的開發金、玉山金、友達、仁寶、南港等13檔，在秋節前就深獲法人寵愛大買，如今再添QE利多催化，將是下周法人順勢拉抬的領頭羊。

台新投顧董事長吳火生表示，美國聯準會（Fed）意外宣布維持每月購買850億美元債券的步調，讓市場跌破眼鏡，催動全球股市大漲，加上偏鴿派的副主席葉倫勝出機率高，均有利於美國的寬鬆政策持續。QE不減碼的效應，有助於國際熱錢暫時不會由新興市場大量撤出，甚至之前退場的熱錢又將回流，外資下周持續買超台股的態勢將延續，可挑選外資在秋節前就大買的中大型權值概念股，秋節後可望持續受到外資寵愛。～工商時報2013年 9月21日頭版頭條
