【郭寶懃／台北報導】內政部都委會日前審議通過「變更新店計畫」，將部分農業區、保護區、綠地用地變更為道路用地，內政部營建署表示，主要是配合新店安坑一號道路安和支線的興建，並解決現有交通壅塞的狀況。

台灣房屋新店安民特許加盟店店長張嘉潤表示，以前沒有安坑一號道路，在上下班的時間，從安康路三段開到安坑交流道，加上塞車要花30分鐘，現在有安坑一號道路，只要8~10分鐘，並且也因交通便利，這區房價補漲30~40%。
