許舒博模式已失效 　王金平恐難保黨籍

【劉志原╱台北報導】王金平遭撤銷黨籍，盛傳他將循前立委「許舒博模式」向法院聲請假處分，暫保住黨籍，許的委任律師蔡世祺說：「許舒博模式已不可行了啦！」在許案後，國民黨已修改黨章，規定「申訴不影響執行」，除非王金平今天趕在國民黨將決議書送中選會前，向法院聲請假處分並獲准，才可能保住黨籍，但法院收案、分案、開庭，幾乎是不可能在今天完成。

依據國民黨黨章規定，國民黨員遭考紀會撤銷黨籍後若不服可向廉能會申訴，但在前立委許舒博告贏國民黨取回黨籍後，國民黨已修訂黨章，明訂「申訴期間，不影響考紀會決議執行。」俗稱許舒博條款，不再如同過去，黨員申訴期間國民黨暫不將撤黨籍決議送中選會，蔡世祺說，若國民黨此時此刻立即將撤銷王黨籍決議送中選會，一經送達，王即失立委資格，屆時，王再聲請假處分已無實益，會遭法院駁回。
