男子服社會勞動　反告重建中心妨害自由

【戴之聖／基隆報導】1名楊姓男子因犯罪被判有期徒刑7個月，在去年9月時楊男在新北市社會重建中心服社會勞動，重建中心41歲陳姓主任告訴楊男，勞動期間不可與其他人交談，休息時只可坐在大門前沙發上，不能離開辦公室人員視線，但引發楊男不滿，怒告陳姓主任妨害自由。基隆地檢署認為，楊男是去從事社會勞動，本來就該遵守場所主人的規定，因此以不起訴處分。
