台通（8011）旗下轉投資台灣智慧光網將第二度籌資，預定現金增資募集3,900萬股，每股溢價為15元，預計可募資5.85億元。台灣智

慧光網公司（以下簡稱台智光）的原股東，將會循原有的持股比例，再參與這一次的現金增資。

台智光主要業務，在於提供台北市家庭用的光纖到府的電信服務；按照跟台北市府的協議，台智光光纖服務的牌價，要比現有業者低10%，主要目的是降低國內電信服務的整體資費，並帶動國內智慧城市的發展。
