敘國願交化武　美稱決不癡等俄國提案

【綜合報導】美國國務卿凱瑞10日在出席眾院軍事委員會聽證會時指出，美國目前正在在等待俄羅斯關於敘利亞化武交由國際監督的提案，但不會久等。國防部長黑格同日指出，對該計劃進行磋商的同時，美方對敘利亞保持軍事威懾的選項依然存在。
 
俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫10日則說，將會盡快與敘國政府商討制訂將該國化武交由國際監督的提案，並願意和聯合國秘書長、安理會共同討論該提案。美國總統歐巴馬9日晚間在全國演說中表示，俄羅斯提出將敘國化武置於國際社會監督之下的建議是「潛在的積極進展」，可為當前危機帶來「重大突破」。但以色列警告，這可能只是敘國的緩兵之計。
