王金平：特偵組未審先判　實屬濫權

【綜合報導】立法院長王金平返台，針對關說案大動作召開記者會，他說特偵組未審先判，實屬濫權。

王金平發表公開談話，表示特偵組並無調查權，最高法院檢察署，檢察總長對於其他院會沒有行政監督權，特偵組在本人出國的時候召開記者會，未審先判，特偵組實屬濫權，無不洩漏，特偵組這次提供監聽資料顯然違法又違憲，當然不能接受，少數違法司法人員，違法行為。

王金平說，他這次捍衛自己清白的決心，跟馬總統的決心一樣的強烈。
