法務部惜別會 曾勇夫爆遭逼下台內幕

法務部為曾勇夫辦惜別會。

因關說案請辭的法務部長曾勇夫在惜別會自爆遭「逼退」過程。他說，9月6日下午到行政院，江宜樺院長聽完他反駁沒有關說的說法，就要他「負起政治責任」。他回稱，政務官隨時可以下台，但要有理由。江回答，沒有理由。他了解江的意思，答應卸任。

曾勇夫指出，行政院卻在新聞稿初稿給他戴兩頂帽子，一是曾勇夫自動請辭；二是關說請託要登記，曾身為部長卻未登記。他打電話向江解釋，關說要有違法之虞，才須登記，江才指示拿掉這一段。
