陳守煌為曾勇夫抱屈　「被冠上關說惡名」

【胡守得／台北報導】高檢署檢察長陳守煌在法務部前部長曾勇夫的惜別會上砲火全開，他先說：「我對外極力辯駁，是為自己、部長（曾勇夫），更為整個檢察系統。」隨即話鋒一轉、意有所指的說：「辦案要講程序正義，並兼顧實質正義，不可以超過紅線，憑自己意思游走法律邊緣，不要認為辦案可以不受限制」。
 
陳守煌為曾勇夫抱不平說：「被冠上司法史上最大關說的惡名，及法務部第2位因關說而卸職的部長，部長心中的悲痛，我們感同身受。」
