交出化武？俄與敘利亞正商討「具體計畫」

【綜合報導】俄羅斯近日提議敘利亞政府交出化武給國際監督，俄國外長拉夫洛夫（Sergei Lavrov）今表示，俄敘兩國官員正在進行協商，討論敘利亞政權交出化學武器的「具體計畫」。

法新社報導，拉夫洛夫與敘利亞外長一起召開記者會說，俄敘兩國預計很快會公佈這份計劃，準備與聯合國安理會等組織密切合作，將計畫付諸實行。

與此同時，法國外長則表示，將向聯合國安理會提出一份決議案，目標是迫使敘利亞公開其化武計劃，並接受國際控管與銷毀化武。
