韓製T-50教練機　今降小港機場

【王烱華／台北報導】印尼向韓國購買16架T-50金鷹噴射教練機，首批2架以空軍的方式，今天清晨從韓國起飛，並在我小港機場降落加油後，飛往菲律賓的宿霧機場過夜後，明天飛往印尼交機。

由於T-50教練機，是由韓國航太工業公司（Korea Aerospace Industries，KAI）、美國洛克希德馬丁（Lockheed Martin）合作生產的超音速高級教練機，由於當時韓國也沒有研發軍用飛機的經驗，再加上我研發「經國號」IDF戰機團隊成員，在我政府沒有戰機研發計畫後，許多人都被KAI所延攬，協助韓國研發T-50教練機，也因此，T-50教練機與經國號戰機十分神似，因此T-50被許多航空迷戲稱「緯國號」。

由於我國空軍所使用的教練機機齡都超過20年，因此，空軍也有意購買T-50教練機，作為我國空軍飛行員飛行訓練使用，但因近年國防預算不足，迄今沒有確定採購。
