【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市刑大偵一隊於今年5月份間破獲毒品案，警方繼續追查上游毒販，追查出30歲男子周文彬，發現他已因毒品案入獄，今上午警方將他借提偵訊，他向警方大吐苦水說：「別人販毒是買樓買房，我販毒反而欠債，我苦啊！」警方聽完莞爾一笑，再將他依違反《毒品危害防治條例》送辦。
 
警方說，周男從今年5月到7月份間，以每0.1公克安非他命賣500元的價格販售，不過周男的客戶都是「奧客」，客戶欠周男4千元，客戶居然要求要分兩期攤還，而且還要周男請客免費吸毒，有的客戶也嫌周男的毒品不純，讓周男大嘆販毒錢不好賺。
