府院定調王下洪上　綠批：破壞憲政體制

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】立法院長王金平遭爆涉入關說案，府院黨已做好由現任副院長洪秀柱接任立法院長的準備。民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘今再舉行記者會痛批，馬英九破壞憲政體制，總統兼黨主席、行政院長、政策會執行長，閣揆江宜樺還一副黑道火拼、火車對撞態勢，用特務治國、追殺，政治操弄，公然毀壞憲政國會，這是國會新文化嗎？他問：「江宜樺、馬英九你們頭腦有沒有壞掉！」

對於藍營高層定調洪秀柱接掌立院，柯建銘嗆：「當院長也要透過立院選舉，程序都還沒有啟動，現在重要的台灣已陷入憲政危機時刻。」柯建銘指出，馬英九對於民進黨高度抗爭服貿、核四相當不滿，換掉王金平，就是想動用警察權，「但換誰都一樣，藍委沒有民意壓力嗎？」他也呼籲藍委，要有向馬英九say no的勇氣。
