離家數日餓死狼犬　男被訴

【孫友廉／新北報導】何姓男子(43歲)在中和區擁有一處頂樓住宅，飼養20多隻貓狗，但何男卻時常不回家，常常3、4天甚至1周才回家一次；今年5月上旬，何男將一隻狼犬以狗繩繫在客廳桌子的桌腳後，未擺放任何食物、飲水就離家。同年月14日，鄰居聞到惡臭，並有積水自何男住屋溢出，報警處理。

新北市動物保護防疫處人員進屋察看，才發現狼犬已活活餓死，也開始腐爛，現場環境髒亂不堪，因而將何男移送法辦。新北地檢署調查後，依《動物保護法》起訴何男。
