國防部：嚴部長一向重視各軍種主官人事薦報權責

（軍聞社記者林宜慶臺北六日電）針對某週刊報導「嚴部長主導陸、空軍將級人事案」乙事，國防部今日表示，嚴部長一向重視各軍種主官人事薦報權責，各軍種將級人事案均依據「陸海空軍軍官士官任職條例暨施行細則」、「國軍重要軍職候選調任作業規定」辦理，各軍司令部完成初審後薦報國防部辦理複審，並召開人評會，由委員共同評議後薦報，不會有個人主導情形。

　國防部指出，有關廖榮鑫上將與王興尉中將人事案，兩人均曾歷練中將階主官職務，學、經歷符合相關人事規範，其調職人事命令亦於核定當日發布，該週刊報導內容有所臆測與推論。

　國防部強調，媒體應依據事實報導新聞，以避免不實報導內容誤導社會大眾認知。
