教唆少年殺手槍傷餐廳老闆　角頭判11年定讞

【黃哲民／新北報導】台中31歲角頭楊定融2009年1月涉與廖姓少年殺手共謀殺害趙姓餐廳老闆，並由當時才16歲的廖男趁夜持槍對趙男連開9槍，趙負傷逃入市場藉由人潮掩護，送醫切除右腎與部分肺葉撿回一命，台中高分院去年依殺人未遂罪將楊男判刑11年，最高法院日前駁回楊的上訴，全案定讞。

楊男2008年7月在夜店與人發生糾紛，不滿趙男迴護對方，涉與廖男共謀跟監趙男，並於2009年1月19日晚間6時許，由廖男持槍在趙男餐廳後門追殺正在卸貨的趙男。

廖男本案被判刑8年確定。楊男另與廖男共謀以近距離行刑方式，2010年5月由廖男槍殺台中翁姓角頭身亡，廖男被依殺人罪判刑30年確定，楊男去年也被依殺人最重判無期徒刑定讞。
