【陳偉周／基隆報導】擊解基隆巨石工程如火如荼地進行，被擊碎的石塊將會堆置在巨石後方，今天下午林務局羅東處副處長張獻仁到現場了解狀況，並表示基隆市政府完成擊解巨石的工程後，將會無縫接軌進行造林與水土保持作業，並盡速恢復北寧路通行。
