小妹早上都會換不同的早餐店吃早餐有天換到了麥當勞因為認真上進小妹習慣邊吃邊看書種類不一基本上都是科普或英文雜誌結果店員阿桑跑來跟小妹說現在是用餐時間禁止用餐時間看書小妹當下收起來了可是事後十分不悅 1)當時人超少少到大概二十個4-6人座只坐了五桌左右所以不存在我看書霸佔座位這事而且我是邊吃邊看根本才剛開吃而已 2)我有付錢應該跟那些一樣有付錢但看報紙的人權利一樣吧不過我看得是科普雜誌罷了 3)有法律規定用餐不能讀書嗎? 有法律規定店家可以禁止顧客不能讀書嗎? 有法律規定顧客一定要聽店家的規定不然會被趕走嗎? 下次再遇到可以申訴嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.149.152
