小客車路肩超車　時速120公里撞警車

【石永軒╱新北報導】1輛小客車今天凌晨3時許疑似為了超車竟行駛路肩，在中山高速公路南下11公里處，以時速120公里的車速，撞到停在路肩執行取締超速勤務的警車，肇事的20歲王姓駕駛左小腿骨折，副駕駛座的20歲陳姓男子左手撕裂傷，警車上的39歲王姓警員頭部撞擊方向盤造成瘀傷，21歲江姓警員則下顎撕裂傷縫了六針。

2名警員目前均在留院觀察中，江員對同事表示，事發時正在車門旁拿著測速槍進行測速，1輛小客車從路肩高速駛來，立刻跳上車對同事喊：「學長注意！」約1秒後就遭到撞擊。目前受傷警員尚未對肇事的王男提出傷害告訴，但肇事的2名男子除了須賠償警車修理費，還必須繳交行駛路肩3000千元到6000元的罰金。
