秦日新遭彈劾　外交部要求官員廉潔自恃

【陳郁仁／台北報導】我駐斐濟前代表秦日新因不實支領眷屬補助費，及以公款購買珍珠項鍊，既未依核銷之贈禮名單贈送斐濟政要夫人，又未依規定列冊控管，竟私自存放，今遭監委彈劾。外交部發言人高安晚間表示，秦日新還在停職中，外交部會遵照監察院的調查決定，並將配合公懲會審議結果，處理後續相關作業。

至於性騷擾我外館女性聘僱人員的駐斐濟前代表劉壽軒，高安說，劉壽軒當初經部內調查後，記申誡2次，並移送監察院，但至今仍正常在外交部上班。監委今也指出秦日新駐外期間，與日本女外交官深夜熱線，「逾越工作關係」。

外交部表示，對駐外人員發生風紀案遭監察院彈劾，深表遺憾，也再次要求外交部所有同仁，身為公務員務必奉公守法，廉潔自恃，以維護外交人員形象。
