【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市將以「靜態破碎工法」移除北寧路山壁上的2000公噸巨石，今天再與林務局會勘，規劃施工便道與搬運機具細節，預計2天後開始清除8百立方公尺的巨石，先花5天破碎巨石，再花5天處理破碎的石塊。

林務局人員表示，怪手將沿著槓子寮砲臺進去，沿著低處開闢約500公尺的便道，靠近大石後再施以「靜態破碎工法」。
