【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】​彰化市彰水路207巷109號旁30公尺寬的花壇排水，上週出現塌陷，前兩天大雨再導致3米寬的防汛道路崩塌約20公尺長，最深處達140公分，連水泥邊坡都破損、電線桿遭拉扯位移，居民擔心住家隨時會倒塌。

彰化市長邱建富表示，上月27日塌陷時已通報縣府水資處前往處理，但9月1日整片下陷、道路嚴重破損，水資處至今未派人前往處理。

住家距排水溝僅3公尺的鄭姓居民嚇得半死，他說「要趕快啦！不然就會像基隆那戶民宅一樣，一下雨就倒塌還得了！」

彰化縣水資處副處長洪炳榮說，水資處接獲市公所電話通報，已立即將該處列為災後修建工程，因無立即性危險，除先以三角錐警示來往人車、灌漿補強後將重做水泥護坡。
