微軟切入手機製造　恐影響與三星hTC關係

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】微軟（Microsoft）以54.4億歐元（72億美元，約2153億元台幣）購併諾基亞（NOKIA）手機事業，並取得相關專利及地圖服務，恐影響三星電子（SAMSUNG）、宏達電（2498）等使用微軟智慧手機作業系統意願，與同業關係及市場生態將更加微妙。
 
市場研究機構IDC副總裁歐唐納（Bob O’Donnell）指出，原本部分產品採用Windows Phone平台的大廠如何應對，是此購併案最大疑慮。在微軟購併諾基亞手機事業後，包括三星電子、宏達電及其他大廠，對微軟智慧手機平台的興趣，恐怕不會像現在一樣。
