微軟收購案　諾基亞將開記者會說明

【綜合報導】微軟今日宣布將以54億歐元(約新台幣2100億元)收購諾基亞公司的手機部門，預計稍晚諾基亞公司將召開記者會說明收購案。

據了解，54億歐元中有37.9億歐元買下諾基亞整體手機部門，另有16.5億買下諾基亞的手機開發專利。微軟執行長鮑默(Steve Ballmer)指出，這次併購案對雙方公司來說都是雙贏局面。預計明年初會完成交易，屆時有32000諾基亞員工將成為微軟人。

此外，外界也批評微軟攻占智慧型手機的市場太慢，目前有86%市場皆被蘋果公司和谷歌(Google)占據，而微軟僅占3.7%市場。
