被嫌白吃白喝　男砍殺麵攤3姊妹判7年

【劉昌松／台北報導】基隆男子葉森林因不滿被嫌白吃白喝，竟持菜刀砍殺麵攤老闆娘的3名姊妹，高院今天依殺人未遂等罪判葉徒刑7年，可上訴。
 
葉男因長期到張姓婦人經營的麵攤消費，但張婦的3個姊妹都認為，葉男是來白吃白喝的，並打電話叫葉男女友把葉男帶離麵攤。
 
葉男得知後不爽，隨手拿了麵攤的菜刀，衝到附近找經營理髮廳的3姊妹理論，雙方一言不和，張就拿起刀子連砍3人，3姊妹手、頭分別被砍傷送醫，事後葉男投案並已9萬元和3姊妹和解，但辯稱當時喝醉不記得做了什麼，法院仍根據人證、物證認定葉犯下殺人未遂罪。
