美通信商Verizon　完成1300億美元收購案

【綜合報導】美國第一大通信運營商 Verizon周一宣布，同意以1300億美元，收購英國電訊龍頭Vodafone，持有的雙方合資無線事業45%股權。這筆交易將終結14年來Vodafone與Verizon在合資無線業務上的合作，也等於Vodafone撤出美國電信市場。

根據協議，Vodafone將獲得589億美元現金，以及價值602億美元的Verizon股票，其餘110 億美元則是小規模轉帳。
