【寶智華／雲林報導】得知行政院長江宜樺強硬反擊，強調地方政府應負起治水的責任，雲林縣長蘇治芬晚間參加三立電視台新聞節目做說明，返程在高鐵發出3項回應。
 
一、江院長終於願意回神檢視8年800億的成效,地方政府願意接受檢討。
 
二、與其給專家三個月，不如給自己一天，來雲林走走，雲林縣政府會讓院長驕傲，這八年公務體系培養了一群水利人材，兢兢業業幫國家做事。
 
三、8年前的總合治理方案，沒有與綜合治水方案一起推，是最可惜的，但綜合治水最起碼與惡水共存，是值得肯定與持續推動的。是故＂流域治理＂與長期的國土規劃、空間倫理之改造，是可併行的。
 
蘇治芬另在臉書寫著：「8年／1160億元易淹水地區計畫，是難得見到中央和地方合作成就 的案子，水利署的水規所、五河局、雲縣府共同規劃完成33條 水系，共462億元，已核定83億元。中央應該慶幸這8年培養了那麼好的水利人材，行政院看不到、不信 任公務人員的優勢，是最令人痛心。」
