災區油電緩漲 經部：可能性低

立委呼籲颱風災地區的油電瓦斯緩漲，立法院長王金平今天表態支持；經濟部長張家祝已指示國營會研擬可行性。

不過，國營會執行長劉明忠今天傍晚表示，可能性不大，因此次災情規模和八八風災相比，仍有差距。

劉明忠說，中油、台電經營環境已無法和二○○八年相提並論，當時兩家公司都有盈餘，台電當時甚至有累積盈餘約七百億；反觀目前兩家公司則虧損連連，台電累虧約兩千億，中油雖已實施浮動油價機制，仍有累虧約七百億。
