併排停車挨罰辯等機車移車　運將抗罰敗訴

【孫友廉／新北報導】吳姓計程車司機去年12月28日下午，行經台北市龍江路，見172號汽車停車格內停有機車，竟將車停放在停車格外，逕自去吃飯，結果巡邏警員除對停在汽車停車格的機車開罰，看計程車車內無人，也對吳姓司機開出1張1200元「併排停車」的罰單。
 
吳男不服，表示有打雙黃停車燈，僅去燒臘店吃飯，打算等機車移車後，再停入該停車格。但法官認為，雖該停車格內違法停放的是機車，但對其他行人及車輛，吳男將計程車停放停車格外，仍屬併排停車，並不因為汽車停車格停放的是機車而不同，判吳男敗訴；可上訴。
