中華薪水其實不低，我兩個同學，一個在中華，一個在矽ｘ，在中華的助管師(女)實際年薪一年實領800K↑，在矽ｘ的資深工程師(男)年薪含加班費季獎金年終才差不多實領 700K。可是一個是週休二日每天 08:30～17:30 想加班還沒得加，上班十年間生兩個小孩都申請留職停薪爽爽放假，一個平均週休一日半夜六日常加班 100hr↑還一度逼近 200hr「然後這樣才」領跟中華的差不多錢，別說沒時間交女友了，就算有女友可能也沒時間沒精力陪。中華勝在賺每一小時錢的「品質」上，你要衝高薪盡可去業界，我聽過 htc 設計年薪千萬的例如最近上新聞那隻；你想求穩定則可以去中華，去哪都行，但重點是，如果將來有一天你因此後悔時，別來板子上怪板友就行了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.61.157.53
