【綜合報導】中央氣象局下午4時45分發布豪雨特報，提醒苗栗以北地區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，台中以南至台南地區及高屏山區、宜蘭山區有局部大雨發生的機率，《蘋果日報》記者在北台灣及中部拍到天空出現的景象，烏雲密布前，愛心雲先登場，接著傾盆大雨從遠處拍到有如原子彈爆發景象，而在台中則因為降雨，天色瞬間變西、溪水上漲。
