風雲變色 台中市區大雨滂沱

【李明憲／台中報導】台中市區下午2點半突然下起大雨，雨勢在下午3點多一度趨緩，但到了下午4點天色突然變暗，再度降下大雨，市區一片水氣迷茫，原本周末就壅塞的台灣大道交通更是大打結，目前市區並未傳出災情。
