監控計畫　美國安局支付Google與臉書費用

【綜合報導】英國《衛報》再次引述機密文件，報導美監控計劃細節，稱美國國家安全局（NSA）曾支付數百萬美元給配合進行監控的網路公司如Google。這是首次有文件，提出國安局與網路公司有金錢往來的證據。
 
美國海外情報監聽法庭（Fisa court）在2011年裁定，國安局部分監控行為違憲，因此科技公司包括Google、臉書、微軟與雅虎，都必須花一些費用進行改變，以符合新的監控檢查標準，而這些錢正是由國安局所支付。
