潭美襲菲　已造成3死11傷

【綜合報導】目前位在台灣東方的颱風潭美，已經為菲律賓北部的呂宋島帶來豪雨，多處發生洪澇及土石流，至少已造成3人死亡，近10萬人生活受到影響。

根據《中央社》的報導，潭美雖未直接吹襲菲律賓，但它與西南氣流產生的交互作用，讓呂宋島籠罩在傾盆大雨之下，根據菲律賓災難危機減降暨管理委員會（NDRRMC）傍晚發布的通告說，豪雨已造成3人死亡，其中1人是因路滑車禍死亡，另1人渡河溺斃，還有1名5歲男童因住家圍牆倒塌而喪生。另外還有11人受傷，4人失蹤。
