【李子凡／綜合報導】TLC旅遊生活頻道主持人伊恩萊特（Ian Wright）來台體驗鬼月習俗，他說：「從沒聽過有『鬼月』這樣的習俗，感覺像是好兄弟的暑假，可以來人世間狂歡，享受各種祭品。」他笑說看到許多人拜拜普渡並燒紙錢，好兄弟應該很有錢，很想和他們借錢。
 
他明晚將與Janet一起到基隆參與每年農曆7月14日的雞籠中元祭陣頭遊行，更要半夜在八斗子望海巷施放水燈；兩人接著會去屏東恆春參加搶孤大賽。他周六下午4點將出席在寶藏巖的見面會。
