日將修法　大幅擴大自衛隊活動範圍

【綜合報導】日本決定透過修訂《自衛隊法》，大幅擴大自衛隊的活動範圍，全面增強軍備。

根據日本《產經新聞》與《朝日新聞》的報導，日本首相安倍晉三將提議，把規範自衛隊活動範圍的《自衛隊法》，從「許可列表」改為「禁止列表」，簡單說就是原本的《自衛隊法》是藉由條列出自衛隊可以活動的範圍來約束自衛隊的行動，但修正後的則是列出不可做的事項，除了遭限制地之外其餘便不設限。

《產經新聞》引述參與安倍晉三舉辦座談會人士說法，認為「許可列表」是約束自衛隊行動的元凶，「應該將《自衛隊法》改為禁止列表，除了攻擊平民、虐待俘虜等國際法禁止事項外，可進行一切活動」。
