是否不告劉文雄？ 張通榮：不可能

基隆市長張通榮下午2點在參加中元祭迎斗燈遊行，面對親民黨副祕書長劉文雄的爆料，他重申絕對不可能請監委吃飯。張通榮說，他如何受害都沒關係，但監委是很清高清白的，不可能隨便的人都能請吃飯。

是否對劉文雄提告？張通榮原支吾回應還在研究中，看看後續要怎麼處理。但當記者詢問「有可能不對劉文雄提告嗎？」張通榮則直截了當地說，「不可能！」，但還是要研究一下。
