【戴之聖／基隆報導】因中元祭放水燈遊行，三軍儀隊今天凌晨3時許在基隆忠一路進行彩排，警方為了安全實施道路管制，未料1名何姓計程車司機不斷按喇叭，甚至敲打國軍車輛，警方立即上前制伏何男，並聞到他身上濃濃的酒味，帶回派出所發現何男酒測值竟高達0.42毫克，警方訊後將何男依公共危險罪移送法辦。
