【戴之聖／基隆報導】三軍儀隊首次出現在基隆市區，吸引許多夜貓族在今日凌晨3時許前往忠一路海洋廣場觀看，主辦單位為了安全請來警方實施道路管制，不料卻有何姓的酒醉計程車司機因不耐等候，竟在車內狂按喇叭再下車叫囂甚至還敲打國軍車輛，警方迅速了解並壓制何姓男子，帶回派出所測得何男酒測值0.42，警方依公共危險罪將何男移送。
