【張菱育／台北報導】桃園房市買氣熱，主要因大台北地區房價上漲，民眾只好往外圍地區購屋，較負擔的起，房仲業者指出，桃園中古房價可見1字頭，自住及首購族較易入手。

21世紀不動產桃園大湳加盟店店長朱清志表示，八德市廣福路商圈生活機能方便，中古屋每坪13~14萬元，新成屋則開價每坪26~28萬元，去年投資跟自住的比例各5成，相較於北市高房價，八德市價格較易入手，是首購族與自住客的另一項選擇。
