走訪台灣、發現書香角落，香港青年黃曉南以寶島舊書店之旅，從北到南壯遊全台各地的書店風貌，發掘每個舊書店背後的故事，用自己對書店的喜愛及身為媒體人的專業，分享民眾走訪的過程，更將與藏書家的對話撰寫成書出版，將旅行中每一次頓號，轉換成字裡行間的驚嘆號，傳遞給更多愛書、愛文學的同好。

從新竹的蘇格「貓」底、名聞兩岸三地的台中東海書苑，到台北胡思書店等，黃曉南實地參訪各地舊書店，在閒逛的空檔感受台灣在地氣息，更規劃和各地藏書家展開交流。

在充滿陳舊書香、層層堆疊的文藝空間，黃曉南與藏書家展開文學對話，帶著累積的感動抵達旅途下一站，並整理參訪資料及心得，將此趟旅途中真實的台灣印象堆砌成夢想的黃金屋。

現在已經有上百名完成壯遊的國際青年，今年將來自南韓、日本、大陸、比利時、加拿大、波蘭、美國、英國、香港、荷蘭、愛爾蘭、葡萄牙、德國、羅馬尼亞等地的20位優勝青年，在8月到11月間陸續來臺，完成不同主題的壯遊夢想。

教育部青年發展署邀請國際青年，自行規劃獨特且具創意的壯遊台灣計畫，用照片和文字帶領國際青年探索不同面向的台灣，捲動各地朋友來台壯遊風潮。
