如題 近日必須下決定，希望能在同一間工作至少3~5年，想選個可進步深耕 三公司分別如下: A. 日商: 算台灣前幾大光罩製造廠 (光罩技術工程) B. 美商(台廠被美商收購轉): 全球前五大 光通訊主動原件開發 (職位: 測試工程) C. 美商: 半導體設備Vendor (Process Engineer-Thermal) 薪資比較: C > A(底薪低，疊加) > B 工時: C (on-call) > B (責任) > A (準時打卡) 福利: C > A > B 住宿: 皆為家中 小弟27，剛畢業，無經驗，對台灣現況產業絕對跟不上版上大大們的產業敏感力， 希望能夠不吝嗇給與各方討論與建議。 謝謝 -- http://www.wretch.cc/album/kaak18 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.45.223
