查獲地下軍火庫 套房藏八槍

〔自由時報記者何宗翰／新竹報導〕新竹市警方日前在一處專門用來藏槍械的出租套房內，共查獲4長4短槍械，包含要價150萬元的AKS-47步槍、XM15步槍、90萬元的制式CZ手槍等，小套房宛如小型軍火庫。

警方表示，這批槍械火力強大，XM15步槍有「叢林之王」之稱，可以輕易射穿防彈衣；捷克CZ-75手槍被列入世界10大名槍，射速高達每分鐘1千發，如同衝鋒槍；AKS-47有「世上最耐用突擊步槍」之稱，另外還有土造滾筒轉輪霰彈槍等，火力強大，若未及時查獲，後果不堪設想。

竹市刑大日前獲報，指金山街的出租套房內藏有大批槍械子彈，經多日埋伏確認無人居住，6日凌晨協請房東會同開門搜索，發現制式HK手槍、制式Mi111enium手槍、制式CZ手槍等槍械就直接擺在床上、地上，274發子彈、長槍則藏在衣櫥。

警方表示，房內日常生活陳設一概全無，房東從今年1月起，以每月6500元出租，當晚警方就在竹市中正路一家PUB逮捕承租的周姓男子（26歲，無前科）。

周嫌供稱，只是代為出面租屋，槍械來源並不清楚，訊後警方將他依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例移送，擴大清查是否有共犯，以及這批槍械是否另涉他案。
