洪仲丘死亡案高院裁定何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲交保，軍高檢署檢察長史勝德今天表示，9日下午已經提抗告，12日先和洪家律師團會面，雙方討論抗告內容後，最遲13日 (周二)把完整的抗告補充事證和理由送最高軍事法院。

洪家義務律師團成員李宣毅指出，12日下午2點，律師團代表會拜訪軍高檢，雙方就8日軍高院裁定交保理由交換意見，並希望軍方能提供充分資訊，讓雙方能做出最好的抗告補充資料。
